Concept
Located in Tambaú, a neighborhood very well served by services and different uses, close to the most tourist urban beaches of João Pessoa, the 750 includes flats on the upper floors and shops on its ground floor. Its façade is composed of a mosaic made with its numbers and an illuminated grandstand on its front façade acts as a staircase and an invitation to passers-by who pass through it.
