Concept
NEO is a unique high-end tower located in the Altiplano neighborhood in João Pessoa. An entire block for housing equipment, with units compatible with mansions. Although surrounded by spikes, it stands out in the landscape with its elegant size and arouses curiosity with an alternate set of slabs that give the apartments stretches with double glazed ceilings in the social area that overlooks the sea.
It has a large leisure and landscaping area signed by Alex Hanazaki.
